First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt penned the following prayer and said it everyday during the difficult days
of the Second World War while visiting our soldiers fighting to save the world. So while our Troops
are once more fighting to keep our enemies distant from our shores perhaps we should all pick up
Mrs. Roosevelt's habit of praying this prayer.

Dear Lord,
Lest I continue
My complacent way,
Help me to remember that somewhere,
Somehow out there
A man died for me today.
As long as there be war,
I then must
Ask and answer
Am I worth dying for?
